Islamic Wills

“It is not permissible for any Muslim who has
anything to bequeath that s/he may pass even two nights without having his/her
last will and testament written and kept ready with him/her.”

As many can tell you, it is important to have a will. However, being a Muslim, Islam dictates that certain criteria is met under the Qu'ran. However, there are also certain criteria that need to be met under state law to ensure that law is valid in Minnesota. A Muslim must pay for
There is no specific language that is needed but a few hadith say that every Muslim should have a will. Furthermore, that by being unjust (this may include State distribution) in their passing of property (which includes time required to obtain the property) they could completely remove all good deeds done during their lifetime.
As you should know, all burials in Islam should be done by the end of the next day after the passing. This is not the only covenant that is important, under Islamic Law, it is not permissible to have an autopsy. You should be buried directly in the ground, without a coffin, it a plain, un-dyed, white sheet.
Finally, math is important within Islamic Wills. It is important to have an attorney who can accurately calculate what your estate is how much is the maximum and the minimum that each beneficiary can receive under an Islamic will.
